Fiava legal
Cookie Notice
Effective and last updated September 20, 2026
Fiava, Inc. uses cookies and similar browser storage to operate Fiava and, with your permission, measure our welcome offer and remember creator referrals.
Your choices
Optional purposes stay off until you agree. You can accept them, reject them or choose each purpose separately. Rejecting them does not prevent you from using Fiava. Global Privacy Control turns optional purposes off.
Essential storage
Sign-in and security cookies protect your account. Clerk uses a short-lived application sign-in cookie accessible to its browser software and a separate HttpOnly cookie on its authentication domain. Fiava verifies the session on the server and checks current workspace permissions. Fiava’s browser sign-in binding lasts five minutes; its logout-suppression cookie prevents automatic One Tap prompting for up to 24 hours. Necessary storage also remembers your cookie choices and supports checkout return. The checkout-return marker lasts up to one hour.
Preferences you request
Your chosen language can be remembered for up to one year. A temporary language choice can pass through sign-in for up to ten minutes. Sidebar preferences and welcome-offer dismissals stay in local storage until you change or clear them.
Optional offer measurement
With your permission, Fiava measures welcome-offer impressions, clicks, dismissals and eligible pricing views. Random event IDs in session storage prevent duplicate counts for this tab session. These events do not include your account, email, referral link or payment details.
Optional creator referrals
With your permission, the fiava-affiliate cookie remembers a creator referral for up to 30 days. It contains a random token; Fiava stores only its hash. If you create a new account while it is valid, that account can be associated with the creator for purchases and renewals. Clearing the cookie does not erase an existing account referral or payment records.
Duration and withdrawal
The fiava-cookie-consent cookie remembers your choices for up to 180 days. You can withdraw optional permission through Cookie settings at any time. We ask again when your choice expires or the notice version changes. You can also delete browser storage yourself; deleting essential cookies may sign you out.
Other services and tracking
When Google One Tap is enabled on an eligible page, your browser connects to Clerk and Google so Google can offer an account prompt. These connections expose the network and browser information needed for sign-in. If you continue, Clerk handles Google authentication and establishes the provider session; Fiava separately checks account and workspace access. Google controls whether the prompt appears, and ordinary sign-in remains available. WorkOS continues to handle its existing sign-in paths, including the separate creator portal. Clerk, Google, WorkOS and Cloudflare may use authentication or security cookies on the pages they operate. Optional Clerk telemetry is disabled. We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site trackers or session replay. Existing optional analytics and referral choices remain unchanged; we update this notice and the choices offered before adding a new optional purpose.
